Regular Marketing Updates
We like to give our sellers a personal service with regular updates on the marketing of your home as well as proving you with feedback once a viewing has taken place. We will always give you honest, straight forward advice and will work closely with you to achieve a sale.
Once a sale has been agreed on your homes, we will ensure that the necessary paperwork is ready for the sale to be completed as soon as possible. All offers are qualified to ensure you are in a position to accept the right offer from the best buyer and we ensure all required Anti-Money Laundering checks are completed. You will receive regular updates on the progress of the sale and we will even speak with the park owner to ensure they received the paperwork they require.
