I was considering using an agent that did not specifically sell park homes, but just tried one more company - The Park Homes Agency. I am so glad I did - the reviews were excellent and I had a gut feeling that this was a good company, so appointed them to deal with the sale. What a fantastic decision that turned out to be. Chris dealt with the sale and is so approachable, kind and efficient. In addition to selling the property, he also dealt with the solicitor side of things, negating the need to engage a conveyancing solicitor. He was super-helpful with the forms that need to be completed for a park home sale and gave valuable advice, not just to us but also to our buyer. There was a delay in the sale, due to a glitch further down the chain and Chris kept us updated on everything regularly. He made the whole process really easy and took away any stress that can arise when selling a property. If you have a park home to sell, I highly recommend using The Park Homes Agency – in fact you would be crazy NOT to use this company!
